Don't Play !!!





Don’t play with your Biological clock!!!

Life is a best gift of the Nature. We all are part of it; we breath, we sweat, we inhale and excel; we are in the harmony and in synchronization with nature until we are just toddlers. Gradually we grow and learn the way of life with our parents and surroundings. When we are young we are less influenced but with the time (what we have considered as progress) we have made ourselves gradually standing against the Biological clock (*an innate mechanism that controls the physiological activities of an organism which change on a daily, seasonal, yearly, or other regular cycle *). Start from our morning to evening routine we keep challenging natures ability and keep playing with it by damaging our individual Biological clock.


Monkeys usually don’t fall ill!
birds never get diabetes!
Never heard of Monkeys are getting heart attack!

No animal consumes the iodised Salt, they never do brush still they don’t get Thyroid or even teethes don’t get spoiled.

Monkeys are most closer in the DNA structure from Humans. The only difference between us is of tail; they have, and we do not! Rest all is quite similar.

Then why they do not have heart attack, Diabetes, high BP or other life style diseases. Even with most of the other animals, situation is same. Their immune system is much stronger. None of them carry any life style diseases like we do!!! Have we ever thought why is it like this???

There is an old saying:


Monkeys never get sick; the day they get sick. They would die. Why don’t they get Sick?

One of the known professor! Works is a medical collage…He had done research to make monkey sick. So, he had tried to inject various viruses and bacteria’s to monkeys body by various methods. He kept doing these experiments for almost 15 years, but he failed, and monkeys were unaffected!
And he finally concluded that; Monkeys would never get sick like human being. Secret behind this was there perfect RH factor; which is most ideal for them. Whenever any doctor measures your RH factor; they compare your RH Factor with Monkey’s RH factor. He may not tell you that is a different story.

That is the main reason they do not get sick. Their cholesterol never gets high, their triglyceride never gets high, they do not have diabetes!  Whatever amount of sugar you infuse in their body; it doesn’t stay!

So, the major reason for this difference is; they follow their Biological body clock and eat heavy in the morning with the sun rise. Which is not a usual way we do! That is why we work against our own natural Biological body clock!


We as human beings are Diurnal or nocturnal species. With the sunrise Diurnal animals or nocturnal animals take their first heavy meal and then gradually they have less during day time and almost stopped eating by evening.

Where else our food eating pattern is normal breakfast; moderate or heavy lunch and heavy dinner! Almost opposite to the natural or Biological body clock! So, this becomes the major reason for human to get sick and due to this we had developed various lifestyle decease with the time.

Professor & Doctor Ravindranath Shanbhag (Dr Ravindranath Shanbhag, noted consumer activist and President of the Human Rights Protection Foundation, Udupi) said this to most of their patient; to have complete food in the morning! Feedback of those patient are also quite encouraging. The feedback says that the patients had felt big positive difference after having complete food in the morning. Their diabetes gets controlled, some of them got the cholesterol controlled. Few of them had experienced the reduction in knee pain & joint pain. Few have reported about reduced acidity and sleeping disorders etc.

Which has been said by Maharishi Vāgbhata about 3500 years before.

Best time to have your first good meal should be within 2 to 3 hrs of sunrise; one should have good complete meal for health living. Because at morning time your digestive acids (Jathar Agni) are at peak. Which is directly influenced with the sun rise and goes slow with the sunset gradually.

your digestive acids (Jathar Agni) will also get intensified with the morning bath (Morning Snana). So ideally, we should have complete meal within 3 hrs of Sunrise after Snana means by 10 AM in Indian conditions. Then your further meals should be in the gap of 4-8 hrs. In the gap duration you should not keep eating. Lighter food in the evening and should stop eating post sunset for the good health and better living.

Similar food pattern has been suggested in Ayurveda, Naturopathy & even in Jain’s culture as well.
This health food habits are already a part of animal’s life style, so they usually don’t get sick as we do!!!

So stop playing with your Biological clock and syncronize yourselves with the nature to have a happy & health living…

बन्दर कभी बीमार नहीं होता।।

किसी भी चिड़िया को डायबिटीज नहीं होती।
किसी भी बन्दर को हार्ट अटैक नहीं आता
कोई भी जानवर तो आयोडीन नमक खाता है और ब्रश करता है, फिर भी किसी को थायराइड नहीं होता और दांत खराब  होता है

बन्दर शरीर संरचना में मनुष्य के सबसे नजदीक है, बस बंदर और आप में यही फर्क है कि बंदर के पूँछ है आप के नहीं है, बाकी सब कुछ समान है।

तो फिर बंदर को कभी भी हार्ट अटैक, डायबिटीज , high BP , क्यों नहीं होता है?

एक पुरानी कहावत है बंदर कभी बीमार नहीं होता और यदि बीमार होगा तो जिंदा नहीं बचेगा मर जाएगा!
बंदर बीमार क्यों नहीं होता?

एक बहुत बड़े , प्रोफेसर हैं, मेडिकल कॉलेज में काम करते हैं उन्होंने एक बड़ा गहरा रिसर्च किया कि बंदर को बीमार बनाओ। तो उन्होने तरह - तरह के virus और वैक्टीरिया बंदर के शरीर में डालना शुरू किया, कभी इंजेक्शन के माध्यम से कभी किसी और माध्यम से वो कहते है, मैं 15 साल असफल रहा , लेकिन बंदर को कुछ नहीं हुआ

मित्र  ने प्रोफेसर से कहा कि आप यह कैसे कह सकते है कि बंदर को कुछ नहीं हो सकता ? तब उन्होंने एक दिन यह रहस्य की बात बताई वो आपको भी बता देता हूँ कि बंदर का जो RH factor  है वह सबसे आदर्श है कोई डॉक्टर जब आपका RH factor नापता है, तो वह बंदर के ही RH Factor से तुलना करता है , वह डॉक्टर आपको बताता नहीं यह अलग बात है।

उसका कारण यह है कि, उसे कोई बीमारी ही नहीं सकती उसके ब्लड में कभी कॉलेस्टेरॉल नहीं बढ़ता , कभी ट्रायग्लेसराइड नहीं बढ़ती , ही उसे कभी डायबिटीज होती है शुगर को कितनी भी बाहर से उसके शरीर में इंट्रोडयूस करो, वो टिकती नहीं तो वह प्रोफेसर साहब कहते हैं कि यही चक्कर है , कि बंदर सबेरे सबेरे ही भरपेट खाता है। जो आदमी नहीं खा पाता है , इसीलिए उसको सारी बीमारियां होती है सूर्य निकलते ही सारी चिड़िया , सारे जानवर खाना खाते हैं जब से मनुष्य इस ब्रेकफास्ट , लंच , डिनर के चक्कर में फंसा तबसे मनुष्य ज्यादा बीमार रहने लगा है

*प्रोफेसर रवींद्रनाथ शानवाग ने अपने सभी मरींजों से कहा कि  सुबह सुबह भरपेट खाओ उनके मरीज बताते है कि, जबसे उन्हांने सुबह भरपेट खाना शुरू किया तबसे उन्हें डायबिटीज यानि शुगर कम हो गयी, किसी का कॉलेस्टेरॉल कम हो गया, किसी के घुटनों का दर्द कम हो गया , किसी का कमर का दर्द कम हो गया गैस बनाना बंद हो गई, पेट मे जलन होना बंद हो गया ,नींद अच्छी आने लगी ….. वगैरह ..वगैरह
और यह बात बागभट्ट जी ने 3500 साल पहले कहा, कि सुबह का किया हुआ भोजन सबसे अच्छा है

* सुबह सूरज निकलने से ढाई घंटे तक यानि 9.30 बजे तक, ज्यादा से ज्यादा 10 बजे तक आपका भरपेट भोजन हो जाना चाहिए और ये भोजन तभी होगा जब आप नाश्ता बंद करेंगे यह नाश्ता का प्रचलन हिंदुस्तानी नहीं है , यह अंग्रेजो की देन है , और रात्रि का भोजन सूर्य अस्त होने से पहले आधा पेट कर लें तभी बीमारियों से बचेंगे सुबह सूर्य निकलने से ढाई घंटे तक हमारी जठराग्नि बहुत तीव्र होती है हमारी जठराग्नि का सम्बन्ध सूर्य से है ।हमारी जठराग्नि सबसे अधिक तीव्र स्नान के बाद होती है स्नान के बाद पित्त बढ़ता है , इसलिए सुबह स्नान करके भोजन कर लें तथा एक भोजन से दूसरे भोजन के बीच से घंटे का अंतराल रखें बीच में कुछ खाएं, और दिन डूबने के बाद बिल्कुल खायें।।
चूंकि यह पक्षियों और जंगली जानवरों की दिनचर्या में सम्मिलित है, अत: वे अमूमन बीमार नहीं होते।।

    Just to add, learn from water. Weed out the negativity and keep moving, Keep moving because even the water when stagnant starts emanating bad odour.
    Flowing water always remain fresh and full of energy.
