Back to basics (Darkest Night yet Magical)

Today (13 Feb 2018) night (Mahashivratri) the darkest night of the year...after Sun travels to uttarayan; I am in Coimbatore at Isha yoga center in front of Adiyogi Mahadev with the Sadguru (yogi and mestic). 

He said few beautiful lines for the mankind and off-course for the today's generation...that is true in all senses;  

Today the humanity has been matured enough and has been outgrown to understand the inside out of human being through technology, ultra-fast communication, awareness, scientific knowledge and wisdom. We are heading towards meditation and working for inner well-being to develop the environment of piece and prosperity.

Off-course not all but yes majority of the people leaving the boundaries behind, travelling to those energies, places called Tirthas and rejuvenating, re-energize them self. 

Understanding of science and the energies with the rhythm of our body response; is an ultimate combination of our extreme activities sometime, which otherwise looks deadly difficult or impossible.

This night (Mahashivratri) is miraculous not for sleep but to keep your spine erect because the humongous amount of cosmic energy flows due to the best coordination of the planets. Scientifically we all know that energies flows upward not horizontal; so keeping your spine erect will make that energy travels within you and make you enriched with energy and life.

It is ultimate pleasure to see thousands of people dancing all over the night; on rhythm of music irrespective of their age, physical condition, gender or what ever the difference they carry. The energy is all over and no one wants to miss a bit of it.

Everyone around here is following the dimensions of yoga which says that sleep and death are brothers. They are together. So controlling the sleep being awakening and that becomes an awareness. I was awake and actually enjoying each and every moment of it; without any sleep in my eyes. This is the first time I have done this in my life.

There was nice story he has mentioned; When Saptrishi asked Shiva the secret of enlightenment; Shiva Shared the key of empowerment. He said ..It is not an accumulation of knowledge but on what dimensions you use it...!

Journey of that night was an ultimate and enriched experience of life time; which has forced me to look in the different dimensions of the life.
