Dealing with same type of people, business, Product or stream might make you master of it but bringing the innovation, gets lower day by day. This opportunity of being innovative, you will only get once you start adopting the changes completely.

I did few months back…..

First the feeling of being empty came in, and then empty mind started thinking and brought new thought process to cultivate it further. Initial time was really killing as you came out from the running stream (Especially when you are doing your best and results are falling in place). This cultivation of new thoughts started grooming further. Mind started settling down.

New thought process got a new idea, but it was different from the kind I was earlier into. So gradual understating took some time, this started becoming more interesting day by day. Time was moving .

One success clicked…and that becomes a KICK start!!!!

So I started thinking till now I was doing my efforts fully but was still feeling empty, the moment I got succeeded , emptiness went away. This becomes another accelerator to drive me more passionately towards this change. Finally adoption of change become successful and my enjoyment converted into satisfaction. It has brought confidence along with.

I have noticed that this adoption, enjoyment, success and confidence are bundle of Joy…..if one is carrying this along in life would definitely enjoy every bit of it across, as like me….

 

 

 

 

 

Strange !!! My teacher is just 2 year old.

She is just 2 years old. Today when doctor gave her 2 injections one after other, her eyes were full of tears & she cried for few seconds and then immediately got normal once I said, do you want to play “Taki Tom” (a mobile game application called Talking Tom)? I was thinking what made child to switch quickly in various situations.

Then I realized that kids do not carry the experience behind. Always very light minded and fresh, so easy to move. On the other side we elders carry experience of the life and keep adding the strings of the current situations from the past. The more experience one has; possibility of being rigid is more. Yes one thing keep increasing “patience” & “strong decision making” in most of the cases.

So the better way, to enjoy the life is to enable your art of switching quickly; and keep on practicing it all time. With the time and gradual practice you will achieve that art of switching. This will provide you better thinking capacity. When you switch off, you get disconnected and off course you do something else for the time being to refresh… and once you join back you are charged.

One day I got a call from my blog reader and he asked me, when to switch?

I told him “There is no fix rules when to switch, but you need to let the momentum passed by or else it will hurt you”. Today while I was having my breakfast, my younger daughter was around and I wanted her to take a bite of it. She was talking continuously different things one after other to divert me from my main intention. Finally when I was insisting, she refused straight “NO”.

Same thing cannot be done during the serious board meeting on yearly planning of Business. Possibly this can be done by the time someone else is proposing your girl friend.

Most of us know about it but to apply this on time need to be practiced.

This blog might help you to think on it again, how to be less stressed, happy and light so that ongoing busy lifestyle will allow you to live peacefully.

When I was Young !!!!

When I was young I have seen few of my elders making time table. Just few years back when I was entering in to my engineering collage, I also started making time table and try to follow that. For Few days it uses to be ok but then soon after few days, collapsed. Never understood why I failed even though I do try to follow everything in the list.

With the time passing by, I have earned experience, gone through lot of ups and downs. Felt the pleasure of the life and grown enough good (I feel good about it). Suddenly the same question came into my mind and I started working again on the matter of time table.

I realized when I was trying to follow everything the chances of failure was highest because my success was dependent on more factors, but when I started focusing on only one point….chances of failure was least because dependency factors were less. My focus was only on one act, but to do that act on time my other acts are getting aligned automatically. The matter of fact was…my focus on one act was strong. This focus was strengthening me to follow everything coming on the way. I was falling into the line without even making the time table.

I have utilized this learning in my profession and personal life as well. Results were amazing. One more advantage was… I got good time to invest on myself in terms of self grooming, more time for the family. Quality of life became better. Peace of mind becomes higher than before.

I remember an incident of my childhood …..When I use to focus the sun raise by lens on piece of a paper and due to this focus that paper use to catch fire, in other side the entire volume of sun rays (even in hot summer) in the country only gives warmness to all. I am sure lot many of you has done this experiment in your childhood.

Focus matters a lot….where & whatever you do!!! One need to focus on what you want, not on what you don’t ; because even if you keep thinking what you don’t want, still you are utilizing your energy for the same. That is simple loss.

I read Secret; say the same thing in other way. You wish anything with complete determination you will get that. No matter it is small or big.

So think big and be focused till you achieve it...

Have you ever heard that animals have encroached, smashed the city and converted into forest???? I am sure you have not, probably never you can (Exceptionally in case of Hollywood movies or Alien stories), But always it is other way round. We human kept encroaching the forest and made buildings one after other.

Surprising fact that all animals are scared from human, it could be snake to elephant, even Lion (King of Animals) does not attack human until and unless he has not tasted the human blood before. Those animals (Called Men Eaters) will get killed by us legally.

Our wants and Desires are never ending; probably the space of the earth is less for it so we have started finding the life on Moon & Mars as well. Scientifically it is all happening when our mind is working on 7% of the capacity. What if it works more than 50%?

So it is clear that we are really a special addition of the creator.

Now since it is clear that we are special and nature has taken utmost care for us to grow. Why are we thankless & destroying the elements of the nature which made us grow and make us feeling so special? In return of this care and nurturing done by the nature, our dependency is inclining more towards man made thing rather than natural things. We are in unstoppable race of making new things but keep ignoring those elements of life, who has given us the life. When we will grow old and get on to the bed again the same, natural things are needed to cure us.

We intake air, use water, make furniture’s by wood and keep utilizing the natural resources until we exhaust them. We use grains, fruits etc and processed them. Everything in the planet is useful for us and we keep using them as long as we live.

It’s enough!!! Now can we think of returning some?

Let’s commit just a bit by not wasting food, by doing plantation. Our small steps will surely bring smile to few faces.

Mumbai meri Jaan…

Last week I went to Mumbai after about 5-6 months. It was mind blowing change I felt after a long time. I always felt that Mumbai is a city of Passion and unstoppable race.

The city: which never sleep, speed is everywhere, road are always flooded and traffic is always busy but everyone follow the traffic rules (% of traffic rules follower is highest across country). You get anything you wish, your all dreams can be fulfilled... This may be the reason for which city also known as “Dream city”. Also known as Bollywood, Maya Nagri & Financial capital of India and what not? People come to Mumbai from across India with lot of dreams. Some of them come true and some of them become the part of Mumbai flow, but one thing is for sure that you will grow day by day.

I came to Mumbai first time after completing Engineering in 1998, learnt the best lessons of my life. Needless to say but I was in love with the city since then. Time & Speed matters a lot for success in Mumbai.

In 2010, I was again on verge of shifting my family to Mumbai; my wife was finding it too difficult and having lot of worries about Mumbai’s Lifestyle. How do we adjust ourselves in this fast Track Life, which never stops? But after spending about 2& half year she was in love with it. We shifted from Indore to Pune (There was little pain due to loveable neighbours), and then from Pune to Mumbai (It was less painful)….but the shift from Mumbai to Pune has brought the tears in our eyes. We were actually in love with the city.

I know very well that the time you enter into Mumbai, you feel bad smell but never the less after some time you become part of it and then you even don’t feel it.

Truly metro, where people do not really care about your caste, festivals and from where you belongs to (Off-course there are exceptions, but still less compare to other places) but yes, they believe in celebration and enjoying this with everyone around. Standing in Local Train, waiting in Traffic, running in Local buses or may be walking fastest really does not give you time to gossip.

First time I have seen only in Mumbai….a bagger boarded in a bus, hardly standing on one step (pallet) since the bus was full….was stretching himself towards conductor to pay for the bus ticket.

Hear you get everything, can be think of and the best part is at your cost, as long as you know from where to Purchase. Market starts at 4 AM!!!!  Yes actually I am talking about the Chor Bazaar (Grant Road), where you get everything new as well old at the cost you want.

Count on every minute train comes. Terminologies of train names are different from the world….5.35 Bandra Local, 5.37 Dadar Local. Difference of 2 minutes and you get the different train name.

But one think is true that this City will never disappoint you and whoever you are it will accept you as it is!!!

Dreams can become reality !!!!

Dreams will no longer be the dreams…if you wish to convert them in to reality!!!!

Few years back I have been introduced to a documentary called “Secret” by one of my friend. At its first look it glued me to the chair for about 90 minutes, which was not usual. Since then I have changed and forced my thought process towards positive thinking. Because I learnt one thing that; “whatever waves you’re emitting to the universe, universe respond the same way and returned the same to you” or you can say in simple words “Law of attraction” irrespective of type (Positive or negative). So decision lies on your choice, what you want to achieve in your life, positive things or negatives. I chose to be Positive.

Just recall a day….when you started by cribbing on situation of any kind, your entire day is spoiled. Another day you start with positive thoughts, you would feel better and even the challenges come across will be handled properly.

I have also gone through lot of turbulence in my life but somehow my positive attitude has made me cross over all those hurdles without much of difficulty. My family says the situations were tough and very annoying but the punch on me was much lighter than expressed to me.

My dreams were high from the beginning and always in my mind, all thanks to my parent’s guidance. I have not noticed much about the problems, just faced them as they come and just remembering about my objectives of the life again and again. No matter what comes, I do not miss to remember my objectives. Any time whenever I feel low, a glimpse of my objective charges me up and I am full on back with energy.

Today when I recall my dreams of school or college days…. I feel whatever perceives with the conviction has been achieved or on the way to do so. My confidence and conviction towards my dreams becomes stronger.

 

I am committed to convert my dreams into reality and I will do it!!!

Being in the profession of sales since from almost 16 years, about a year back I started observing myself from third eye. My actions were very much predictable and kind of standard repeat. Although I keep myself engage in some or other social cause to rejuvenate myself time to time. I was hunting something which can break my shell and release me from this form long time.

One day I was searching few of my old documents and I found a script written by me in 1999, while I was travelling from Mumbai to Balaghat

(My home town). By seeing that script virtually I have started travelling to my old days when I used to write in diary, whenever I used to take rest, just to refresh, reenergizes. That particular act was so much power pack and into the habit that even If I had heated argument with someone, uses to make me relaxed immediately.

Big questing was would I be able to write it again and will I get time. This question was in a mind because I was thinking that I am busy.

Then I thought to start it again about 5-4 months back. Started writing about my daughters, since it was my ongoing day to day experience and I was actually enjoying it. Writing was tough in the beginning, took lot of concentration and efforts to be on track! But I did complete my first blog.

I started enjoying this again as I used to do this in my earlier time… I was much relaxed after this, my thought process got refresh, reenergized. This helped me in my day to day working, same work but with more energy and better performance.

Than I had completed my 2^nd ……3^rd……4^th….5^th……and just 2 week before my 12^th blog. Now I feel much relaxed and enjoying the situation with more energy within me.

Shell is broken…and my day today actions have incorporated my natural instinct.

Being Father…..

Just few years back I was standing in the hospital lobby and waiting to hear “first cry” of my child. Door opened and nurse came out carrying baby in her hand, started looking people standing around and said “ where is the father of the baby” I stepped forward….She said “ your wife has asked to give the baby first in your hands”.

I took the baby in my hands, it was a baby girl. I was so cherished that could not even attar a single word, was just looking to my sweet daughter. Then somehow after few second, managed to say thanks to the Nurse.

Since from than till today time has moved so fast….!!!

Today morning my elder daughter turns 8. I got up at 5.30 AM with my wife. We have blown so many balloons, got lot of chocolates to shower on her. Chocolate cake with the candle was ready. Laptop was on with the Birthday song.

Lights switched on, I played the birthday song, lots of balloons around her. She got up with the surprise. Then my wife brought the cake with the candle of 8. It was her favorite chocolate cake. She had a big bite of the cake.

She got ready for the school, With her favorite dress and bag full of chocolates for all her school friends, with the repeated confirmation from her mom that she will be offered everything of her choice today from morning breakfast “ Aaloo ka Paratha” then “Chola Bhatura” and in the evening Dine out.

She came back from the school, spreading the chocolates all around. Now it’s time for her township’s friends for the chocolate (Specially demanded 5star for all). She was busy all day enjoying and sharing chocolates. She came rushing back to home as soon as I came from office. We are going out at her favorite place @ LM, Where chocolate cake and chocolate sprinkles were waiting for her!!!!

 

So much of celebration with no worries of past and future, this is called as childhood.

I love this and will make sure that my children’s outside and a child within me will enjoy every bit of it…..That’s the best way of life I have chosen!!!!

 Indore (Madhya Pradesh) India - Place where people are blessed by tingling taste buds, they live for food and food and food….

If you ask someone to start the day to Office at 9 AM , sounds difficult for them; but if ask them to go for “SARAFA” at mid night 11.50 PM, they will get charged-up and ready to move in few seconds, without even bothering anything around. They can travel more then 5-15 KM just for having “POHA-JALEBI” or “PATTICE”.

“SARAFA” name sounds as jewellers shop area.” Yes it is a lane full of Jewellery shop, But till 7 PM only. Market gets closed by then and new market gets open back to back of Foodies. Rich taste of Malwa, unconditional smile, Love & care reflect in their serving. You can go to any shop and taste anything around if you do not like the taste can go without any hitch. Even if you like and do not want to buy that, still ok with them.

This lane is a complete buffet of Indori food at one place. You can find shops of generations, people changes but taste does not!

If I talk about food and missed about the serving is really not fare! I wish you may watch the “JOSHI DAHI WADA” serving. The way he through the plate full of Dahi bada in the air and receive it back like the plate itself is doing stunts and master (Sitting in gaddi) is making this done. Then he will put four different masala (Spices) one after other, layer by layer only by picking once from the masala tray. Isn’t it amazing!

 You cannot miss “GARADU” only seen in Malwa,” SHIKANJI” which is almost full of dry-fruits and of course “JALEBA”.

Traditionally we have seen Jalabi, but this is different. Weight is varying between 600 gm. to 1000 gm., deep fried in Pure Ghee and dipped in “CHASHANI (Sugar Syrup)”.

Then you cannot miss going to “56 DUKAAN (56 Shops)” were you will find the 56 different food stalls of various kind.

And the most important “SEV” in Indore is an attachment involved in every part of food. From the breakfast to dinner, starter to main course 100’s of varieties, taste, spicy, less spicy, mixed mixture which one has never seen or thought. Any flavor you think, you will surely get here.

 I left Indore around 8 years back but I still make sure to have SEV every day in my food, however I manage a lot to get this transported from Indore. but it is worth !

There are so many different places around the city famous for their food. If by any chance some one feels that vegetarian food has less variety, invite him to Indore and make him eat different dish every day till he wish to stay.

People may say that they are food maniac but that is their strength. You get addicted to it once you have it.

Food is their life and serving is their culture. They are strong in their culture because they nurture it every day and make it stronger.

I am also foodie and for good luck my wife has born and bought up in Indore.….

I was thinking that, how children are good in convincing…?

Today morning when I told my elder daughter that we are thinking to celebrate your birthday. Now you are going to complete 8 years, you are grown-up.

She started telling me “ Dad, you know I want a room full of toys, Chocolates , Dolls and whatever you wish along with this, I am ok”.

I said “I will give you gift of my choice not of yours”.

She Said “Ok, You know Dad now a day, children get gifts like i-pod, Laptops, palm-top and video-games, you tell me what you are getting for me, I am ok with that”.

You think this way or that way…..my demands are clear. This message is loud & clear from my daughter’s statement.

For the kids, life is fun and they really enjoy it well. You may be in your stress but they do not think like you. They are comfortable and live every moment full of Joy without having worries about tomorrow’s school, homework or anything else.

While I was doing this discussion with my elder daughter, younger one (She is just 20 Month old) was busy with the Glass (half filled of water) & Spoon. She was giving spoon full of water one after other. Without being a part of this conversation, but if you do not take this water in your hand she was really getting annoyed. The kids make life so easy, relax and spontaneous that not only they enjoy every moment but surroundings around them and also become joyful.

Their smile and cute acts make your all worries out of your mind. Smile comes on your face and life become so easy (May be for few moments only).

If you just think…..How simple is to make our life like a kid, joyful, cherished. Just do not worry about tomorrow and don’t remember the past. That’s it!!!

Try this out some time! It is really fun and relaxing.

 

Beautiful Turning Point -2 !!!

Then he took her to the café and ordered for the coffee. She was sad, lost in her memories. He holded her hand and said “Don’t worry; she cannot go out of your memories”. The Girl started talking about her good times she shared with her grand Ma, The way she use to take care of her wishes and choices.

They finished coffee and then he asked if she like to go for drive for a change. She said yes and they have gone for the drive to divert her mind. She went back to home but the boy was still finding the reason for the change in himself from the workcoholic person to a lost person!!!!

Next day started but not for that Boy!!! He was still in last day’s drive with that girl. Mobile ringed at the right time. It was good morning call & he came out of the dream. Finally day started for the boy as well. He himself was clueless, what was happening with him. Any way he got ready, reached to the café and met her as usual. She convey thanks to him for the support and confidence he offered him. She was much in need of that.

Both of them was in a same state. Finally Boy Ask “will you marry me”. Girl smiled and said “yes”.

Sometimes in life your mind loses the battle to your heart & get capture, may defined as Love!!!!

They found it ……Then the new story begins.

“Hey Honey” voice came from the back, his wife was calling. He came out of the past memory which was just 10 years old. The Girlfriend now turns to be wife has got the coffee for him. Wife asked….where were you lost? He smiled and answered… “I am still in cyber café”.

Life gives you lot of chances and reason to rejoice. We can make our life as we want. Choice is always ours, however and wherever we are!!!!

They chose their life and became happy forever….

Beautiful Turning Point !!!

In the evening he was preparing daily work report on the computer at cyber cafe, Telephone was next to him. Then he did some call and started to his home. The day was over and he was happy since he got one good order after lot of efforts. His manager has congratulated him and appreciated the efforts in the Email marking copy to Company's Director.

This was his routine of the life more or less for almost 8 years in Indore. Life was only focus to work, work and work. Although the place he uses to stay was very happening, full of young crowd but he never thought of it before this incident happened to him!

He was working as usual at cyber café, preparing his sales plan and in between calling some of the customer for an appointment. He heard someone said “Excuse me! Can I talk to you for 2 minutes?” he turned and saw a beautiful girl looking to him. He said “Yes, Sure”.

There was a cafeteria just next to the cyber café. They went there and ordered for coffee. They had casual interaction, for few minutes and then he pushed off to his meetings. Next day at 9 am, He got a call………”Good Morning, it’s me, met you yesterday”. Again they had casual interaction and then on to the work as routine.

Then the morning call started every day, his routine has added one more act “waiting for her call”. It was ok till one day…..when he hasn’t got the call. He was wondering and watching the clock .... 9.15 am. He got ready and reached the cyber café. He was trying to focus on work but waiting for that girl to come and talk.

Every passing minute seems to be heavy for him. Waited for some time, suddenly he saw the girl is coming. He rushed to her and asked “Is everything OK, I was waiting for your call”. She was sad and shared the family incident happen” Her Grand Ma expired last night” to whom she loved her most in life. She was upset and looks distorted.

Then he took her to the cafe and ordered for the coffee. She was sad, lost in her memories. He holded her hand and said “Don’t worry; she cannot go out of your memories”. The Girl started talking about her good times she shared with her grand Ma, The way she use to take care of her wishes and choices.

They finished coffee and then he asked if she like to go for drive for a change. She said yes and they have gone for the drive to divert her mind. She went back to home but the boy was still finding the reason for the change in himself from the work alcoholic person to a lost person!!!!

Being Father- III

 

 

I was returning back from office. Stopped in a shop and bought some chocolates, since this is what my daughter likes very much. She usually asks me “Papa, what will you get for me while coming back from the office?”

After reaching home when I was waiting at the door (Thinking to surprise my Daughter), my wife has opened the door. I got in without even looking her face and started searching for my daughter. When I could not find her at home, asked my wife “where is she!” My wife smiled and said “She is out and playing with her friends”. Now she has many friends and got so busy with them that she doesn’t come to home till my wife go down and get her to home.

I suddenly realize that now she has started creating her own world. She is growing faster. She wanted to explore & learn new things. World is having everything new for her. She has better IQ and intelligence. Soon after she started learning Skates. Those days of learning was tough as she used to get tired but the high energy level never allowed her to sit and relax. Day after another ……it was on and on!!!

Then the day of first competition came in her life…..it was a skating competition. She was watching the competitors and waiting for her turn. Now it was her turn, into the skates ring. Competition started, this was of 4 Laps. She was skating faster and faster up to 3^rd lap. But the competition was tough and she came 3^rd and finally got the Bronze Medal. We celebrated her victory by ice cream.

Time goes fastest especially when you are happy and enjoying the moments. This is what happening with me; my Daughters are growing faster. I do not really like to miss any day out of it. This is the purest form of Love which is non comparable with anything in the world. Some time she make mistake and as a punishment I do not talk to her. But believe me I wait desperately that she will come to me and say           “Papa Sorry, I would not do it again, Please talk”.

I started writing just for the reason that when they grow and will get busy in their life, I can cherish the old moments by seeing these blog and enjoy the rest of my life. I feel this is the best asset one can save for himself, because memories may get fed but these words will revive them again and bring that smile back on my face.

One day all the employees reached the office and saw a big info written on the door:

Yesterday the person who has been hindering your growth in this company passed away. You are invited to join the funeral.

In the beginning, they got sad for the death of their colleagues, but after a while they got curious to know that, who was that man, hindered their growth.

Everyone thought: Well at least the man who hindered my progress died!

One by one the thrilled employees got closer to the coffin, and when they looked inside they were speechless. They stood shocked in silence, as if someone had touched the deepest part of their soul. There was a mirror inside the coffin and everyone who looked inside could see himself.

There was a sign next to the mirror where it was written:

"There is only one person who is capable to set limits to your growth...It is you. You are the only person who can influence your happiness, success and realization.

Your life does not change when your boss friends or company change.....your life changes when you change...you go beyond your limiting beliefs and you realize that you are the only one responsible for your life.
It’s the way you face life that makes the difference!"
