OUT OF BOX…..

Just few days back I was travelling to Delhi. I boarded and we took off. I was going gradually up in the air. I was watching the city from top. I started thinking the way I look at city from down and the way I am looking now is different.

Same thing happened in life. When you are in to some situation your views are different but when you see the same situation being an outsider your view may change.

I have been seeing sales since from almost 16 years now. I meet new person almost daily, at time when I used to be in the field and even by now when I am off the field. Meeting new people always is like an energetic dose to me.

My observation at the time of front handing was different since I was in the situation. But after that when I have started handling team my observation has changed. I have started realizing the different facts day by day, because I was on top the situation. It has started giving the different spectrums to see the same situation. That allowed me to think out of box.

Gradually I started looking things from different angles and with different understanding. Meeting new people talking to them on different topics, learning about other’s work and their understanding gives you more knowledge. Some time I used to ask question to kids for an answer of my problem, they give you answers which you would not think of, some of them are crazy some are creative and some of them cute. This made me more patience listener, given new ideas or new ways to think ON.

I learned this in four steps……..

Situation - You need to be in mutual discussion. Take a good time and understand his situation with all the possible aspects around. Be good listener and show empathy, this will provide you the rooms to play well. It is amazing. If you get this well you will be the driver or else someone else will drive you.

Problem- this is the time others to talk. You are there to understand more. Ask open ended question and listen. Keep collecting the data and noting it down. This will help you to understand the intensity.

Implications- Now you have to make a good blend of situation and problem (intensify it more). Here comes the fact of implied needs and explicit need. The one we feel are an implied need and the one person in front will say clearly is an explicit need. This understanding gives you clear-cut idea of his needs and want.

Needs pay off- your work is done if you did the above 3 steps properly. You have to just direct them towards your offerings.

When you are driving the CAR on highway, you will get to see road, diversions, Lot of Symbols, Signals, indicators, up-downs, hills, valleys, and lot many other things, you choose the route and decide everything as you want , because choice is always yours. You might plan this journey as well with possible resources available. This same thing happened in life; still you get to see all, what you keep seeing in the roads. You can even plan of your journey with the possible resource available. You being a driver of your life decide the route and goes on it. Results which you see are part of the travel but not the end.

 If you take a deeper look in your past may be you realize that everything which you wanted has happened with the intensity of the desire and efforts you had about. Something which you want with high intensity and more determination is bound to happen. *** Your focus should not get differed*** and other things where the intensity and determination was low became your unachieved dreams.

Turbulences and hurdles are there for everyone like a by default feature and it is bound to come irrespective of the road or Life, But this also can be managed by your attitude. Actually your attitude makes it- easy going or tough, your action talks about it and help you going forward...

To drive the better life your need to carry Positive attitude, happiness in your heart and great focus because these are the differentiators which make you out of the crowd?  Positive attitude gives you the strength to face the situation. Happiness is a source of positive energy which makes you and surrounding joyful and energetic where Creeping has no solution but only source of negative energy which pollutes you and surroundings, And Focus is something which will keep aligning you with your target throughout your way.

ROME was not built in a day!!!!  Old saying but still true. Every day and every mile is yours. Do not hesitate to think and look at it again. Because once you go ahead you have no choice to come back. Time would go on and on and on!!!

BEING A FATHER -II

“Someone who can hear the steps of your before you knock the door of your home and stand behind the door   (….because she can’t open that) and call her mother to open the door by creating noise and banging the door from inside surely be your loving daughter.

She is not bothered that you are wearing Tie or Suit or may want to take little rest after coming from the office. She will raise her hands and want you to pick her up. She does it purposefully because she knows that once she is in your hands, will make you smile and stress free from all the issues you have around. She does not allow you to ignore her if she is sitting in your lap and keep raising her fingers to touch your face because she knew that her smile is the only thing which can give you eternal happiness.

She becomes like a gift of God, by seeing her again and again you will be rejoicing.

I keep hearing from lot of people that smile will make you stress free and I do agree with it as well. But this is much more than any pleasure of the world.

She rest on my shoulder like a “bunch of flower” and even I would not like to make her awake until she is resting. These feeling are so deep inside of your heart that any time you think about it and you started feeling delighted.

It is really hard and need to put lot of efforts to bring this feeling into the word but believe me these word doesn’t have the capability to do so.

I am blessed to live in this paradise everyday…with my Daughters. They are always like a messenger of the God who makes my life happy and cherished every day.…..!!!

BEING A FATHER !!!

The best moment of the life to become father that too is of a DAUGHTER. Especially once you are standing in front of Operation Theater and nurse came out caring a new born. Searching for her father and said ….”Child’s mother said to give this baby first to her father’s hand!!! “

I didn’t have word to say anything. Somehow managed to say Thanks.

My new born princess was looking at me constantly and my eyes were loaded with the Tears of Happiness. It was most wonderful moment of my life….and then it was continued each and every day I lived with.

Her smile, cute looks with first touch, first laugh, first turn, first word….then new things every day with no gap. The moment you get into the house and look at your baby all the stress of the world goes out of your site.

Each day is a new story!!! I will have many to share….one is here -

Normally I do not like Grapes, that too sore grapes. Probably no one would like to eat sore grapes…..but I did!!! One after other! It was more than ten…!

She was continuously raising her hand with the Sore Grape towards my mouth so that I can have it. She is unknown with the sore facts but she was feeling so good feeding Papa.

(Because if I would not, my princess would have got angry, which I can’t afford)

I am still living in that paradise every day…with the Daughter. They are truly like a fairy tales make your heart happy and cherished every day. …..  Lucky those who have a DAUGHTER !!!

Secret of Life !!!

Let's start this with the Greetings of the day...

Amazing fact of the life most of us knows but still unknown ' What is that? ‘Who drives you all in your life since the time you have started understanding about yourself. Of course it's YOU!!!!
You are the one who decide and do things for you and in the same manner your surrounding grows. Then why do we start blaming others for something wrong happened with you?

This is a SECRET needs to understand....It's only you, who decorates your life with smiles, because you are always light hearted and smiling. Keep enjoying smallest event and smile come on your face. This message of smile travels to the universe and you’re surrounding and people in your surrounding reply back this smile with their smile!!! That is how if you are with happy and smiling face, you get the same response from others and remember this gets applied vise versa as well?

Your greetings, good wishes, encouragement, supportive hands, playing with kids are all becomes the reason to bring happiness within you. So bring it more each and every day. This is what you need end of the day.
